Two years of record growth made a larger campus possible.
A private school brought Jeffrey Digital in to reach more prospective families through advertising. The campaigns delivered, earning leadership’s trust and leading to a broader question: how could marketing and admissions work better together as the school grew?
That became an ongoing relationship combining advertising, marketing consulting and custom implementation.
49.6% increase in school-wide annual new admissions.
36.0% lower reported cost per lead.
68.1% of new website inquiries booked a tour before staff contacted them.

Reaching families at the right moment.
We built awareness and inquiry campaigns around the choices families were making, from starting preschool to considering a new school for an older child.
The advertising addressed questions about affordability and showed families what made the school worth considering. We connected the school’s strengths with parents’ concerns and gave interested families a clear next step: come and see the school.
“She didn't just run our ads and social media. She joined us as a partner in our mission.
With Katy's help, we have a record enrollment. We're getting calls from colleagues at other schools telling us how playful and professional her ads look. And our teachers feel proud of our school.”
Rebuilding the path from interest to enrollment.
Looking beyond the advertising, we uncovered serious gaps that had been costing the school admissions opportunities for years. An overlooked voicemail inbox, missed website-chat inquiries and inconsistent follow-up meant families could express interest or attend a tour, then stall. Separate systems made it difficult for staff to see where each family stood and what needed to happen next.
We diagnosed the problems, recommended the direction and rebuilt the way admissions worked.
We traced the family’s path from initial interest through inquiry, tour booking, follow-up and applications, then implemented clearer tracking, booking and communication so staff could see each family’s progress.
Easier booking, automated follow-up and reminders reduced manual work. Spanish-language routing connected families with someone who could serve them. We trained the team and provided continued support, refining the systems as staff put them into practice.
Knowing where to focus as the school grew.
Our recommendations changed with the school’s needs. We reviewed the results, adapted campaigns to the grades with available places and considered admissions capacity alongside the advertising.
When interested families were waiting to move forward, we reduced advertising so admissions could work through that interest before bringing in more demand. The priority was moving families through the process, rather than continuing to add inquiries the team wasn’t ready to carry forward.
That ongoing review kept marketing decisions connected to what the school needed next, with continued refinement of its systems, recruitment plans and follow-up.
A much larger home for a growing community.
The school exceeded its first opening enrollment goal and achieved two years of consistent record growth. Across the relationship, school-wide annual new admissions increased by 49.6% compared with before our work began.
The school had been spilling out of its existing space. That growth enabled it to purchase a former mall to renovate into a much larger home for its growing community.
We also prepared the expansion-announcement messaging and a communications plan, giving leadership a clear way to explain the school’s next chapter to families, staff and the wider community.
